Weight Loss Program
This program includes an initial virtual visit (30-60 min), virtual follow-up visits (15 min), and semaglutide/tirzepatide shipped to your home for self-administered weekly subcutaneous injections. The price of the medication depends on what dose/week you are on. The dose increases every 4 weeks until you hit your max weight loss (max weekly injection is 2.5 mg). We will then discuss a maintenance dose for further use.

How it works

Schedule a tele-visit with Kim and complete the required forms. The $50 deposit must be paid within 24-hours for the appointment to be secure. Once appointment is booked, your information will be reviewed and determined if an injectable peptide is right for you.

You will then get an emailed invoice. Once paid, the medications will be ordered. They will be shipped directly to your home. You will give yourself a subcutaneous injection once a week. The medication comes in a glass vial and you will have to withdraw it in a syringe.
