New Beginnings offers a personalized weight loss program that includes medication management with semaglutide or tirzepatide to support your weight loss journey. Weight loss consultations are completely virtual. Initially you will book a consultation to answer any questions you have about expectations and what New Beginnings Weight Loss and Wellness has to offer you. After determining which treatment option is best for you, you will have an initial visit with regular follow-ups where we discuss medical management and lifestyle factors for your weight loss journey. Your medication will be shipped to your home, and self-administered

IV hydrations and IM injections are offered in person. The facility is located at 215 Sattley St. in Rochester Illinois. Appointment is required.

New beginnings Weight Loss and Wellness does not accept insurance. Often times these medications are not covered by insurance. By functioning on a cash-pay system, we are better able to offer weight loss services to clients at a more affordable cost. 

Not for weight loss. All visits are telehealth, or virtual visits. You can do them from anywhere within Illinois, provided you have enough internet for a video visit. The medication will be shipped to your home. 

IV hydration and IM injections are in person visits. The office is located in Rochester Illinois. 

A typical IV Therapy session lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the specific cocktail administered and your individual health needs.  

Most clients experience minimal discomfort during IV Therapy. You might feel a slight pinch when the needle is inserted, but the procedure itself is painless. 

The frequency of IV Therapy depends on your personal health goals and condition. Some people benefit from getting an infusion every 2 weeks, while others can choice monthly. 

 IV Therapy is generally safe and side effects are rare. Some individuals may experience a cool feeling in the arm or a metallic taste in the mouth during the infusion. Minor bruising at the injection site is also possible.
